Do I need to change energy company?
No, there is no need to switch, We can credit any Australian energy bill. Stay with your current energy provider or you can switch, just log in to your SolarCloud dashboard and enter the Bpay details.
How do I keep track of what money went to my energy bill?

You can view everything from your purchase to your last disbursement. The tracker also shows where the funds were deposited and when. If you have bought panels and they are not yet active you can also keep track of their progress, a little bit like being notified of your order and delivery from Amazon etc…..
Can I have multiple energy companies?
Absolutely

How do Payouts and allocations work?
Payouts
Choose if you want the money (technically called disbursements) to appear on your energy, Paypal or bank account.
Details
Just simply input the Bpay details from your energy providers bill, that is the Biller code and reference number.
Allocations
Choose some or all of your money to go to which ever account you like I.E If you have 10kW, you could chose to have 8kW go towards your home energy bill and 2kW to go towards your daughters apartment energy bill.
