Terry has extensive corporate finance expertise, having advised several businesses and government organizations in relation to mergers, acquisitions and financing.

Formerly, Terry was a Partner of KPMG Corporate Finance and NSW Partner in Charge of Mergers and Acquisitions, where he coordinated government privatisations, mergers, divestitures and public offerings on the ASX for the New South Wales practice.

Terry held previous directorships on ASX listed My Net Fone Limited, Montec International, Austpac Resources NL, South American Iron and Steel and Sun BioMedical Limited.

CEO/Founder

John is a proven leader with international experience and a strong background growing disruptive technology businesses. He has worked in the digital and online media industries for over 20 years and has held directorships and senior management positions for more than 17 of those years.

Director

Carrera is currently completing a double degree at Macquarie University while also assisting with administration and compliance within the family business. As SolarCloud continues to grow, she is looking forward to becoming more involved in the company’s future development. Outside of work and study, Carrera enjoys playing rugby and being part of a team environment.

Orlando is keen to help grow the SolarCloud business alongside his father and sister, with a strong interest in learning more about the company’s operations and future international expansion. He hopes to become involved in the global side of solar installations and system configuration as the business continues to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys team sports and working in collaborative environments.

Jo is an inspirational leader who motivates teams to pull together and over perform. Jo started her career in the hospitality industry and held a number of roles from Financial Controller to Regional General Manager before working for an international company that sold Software, customized development, training and implementation services to the hospitality industry. In the past five years Jo has worked in the Information Technology sector providing high quality, leading edge digital enterprise business solutions through the innovative use of component technologies and consulting services. Jo has experience growing revenues, managing operations and building strong customer relationships and has worked in multiple countries and with multiple cultures. Jo has worked on multiple roles over her career, including CEO, General Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. Jo ran a global software company in the USA for five years.

Martin is a stalwart of the Australian IT consulting industry with experience across four decades.

He has expertise across the full development stack and processes; and has particular expertise in middleware, integration and databases.

Paul’s 39 year career includes broad experience within the telecommunications, information technology, real estate, fleet management and energy industries.

Bookkeeper

Linda holds a Bachelor of Accounting and brings over 15 years of corporate finance experience to the team, having worked as a finance manager across large Australian organisations in manufacturing, property development, and financial services.

Alfonso has extensive experience in various aspects of commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic and

transactional advice, capital raisings, ASX listings, corporate structuring, due diligence assessments, corporate governance and

intellectual property issues.

Alfonso is currently a Director of ASX listed company Nagambie Resources Limited and advises a number of ASX listed companies.

Tony has also assisted on large scale corporate financing transactions for listed and unlisted entities. In his spare time, Tony enjoys running, theatre and supporting the West Coast Eagles.
